Sales engineer

Currently seeking talented, tech-savvy sales professionals to convert, onboard and support new B2B clients.

Responsibilities
  • Bring logo clients
  • Conduct web-based demos and develop materials necessary to accelerate customer acquisition
  • Be a hunter. Build your own sales funnel (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, professional networking, trade shows)
  • Participate in conferences. Be the spokesperson for the product
  • Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices
  • Participate in on-site product presentations
  • Identify and create new account relationships from leads, cold calls, and other internal sources
  • Maintain and grow newly acquired business to maximize revenue growth while continuing efforts in existing business development
  • Effectively navigate newly acquired accounts to upsell and cross-sell via solutions-based selling
Qualifications
  • Doer and “Hunter.” Self-driven, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a goal-driven position
  • 5 - 12 years of sales experience, at least 3 years in IT-solutions, Software, SaaS, PaaS Sales. Working experience with telco products is a HUGE PLUS
  • Background in tech industry, either in previous employment or education
  • Outstanding and convincing verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in web-based demo software and tools

Customer success manager

Currently seeking talented, tech-savvy sales professionals to convert, onboard and support new B2B clients.

  • Navigate through C-level and maintain strong relationships with accounts (international business trips, cross-department collaborations, software and special architecture development)
  • Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices
  • Participate in on-site product presentations

Product manager

Supported by the core Product team, you’ll work to build compelling products to win customers and increase customer growth and satisfaction.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and oversee the improvement and enhancement of existing product features, from idea to production. You will be involved in all facets of product development, from writing requirements and prioritizing tasks to managing them through QA and production releases.

Responsibilities
  • Work across teams on technical solutions and dependencies
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into simple and functional user flows
  • Be very attentive to detail
  • Manage project plans for on-time development and ensure that all involved teams are working on the right things at the right time
  • Prototype alternate UI mockups and product solutions for review and validation
  • Be able to figure out what needs to be done, and drive execution successfully
  • Work with project management tools, like Jira
  • Establish trustworthy communications with developers, designers, and management teams along with the ability to effectively collaborate with them to achieve goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Engineering or development background
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Technical Project Manager is plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure
  • Proven track record in technical documentation writing
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively

Support Engineer

Currently seeking a Support Engineer responsible for all levels of support as well as meeting the requirements for customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively resolve all support issues for any client level and any priority
  • Ensure effective troubleshooting, communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide adequate details
  • Record all troubleshooting and resolution details in the support ticket, maintain accurate documentation
  • Act as a technical authority and subject matter expert, provide expertise to both team members and clients

  • Ability to demonstrate clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
